Motivation Requires a Strong Immune System

Last summer, I invested in a juicer and created some incredibly delicious and nourishing  drinks which boosted my immune system and increased my energy levels. Yes, summer rocked!!


Now that winter has arrived, it is probably even more important that we boost our central immune system to protect ourselves against additional viruses. I have continued to juice many fruit and veg combinations which have kept a lively bounce in my step, and increased my focus and drive
