COACHING FORMAT: This DELUX 6 week package is designed to help you achieve your goals sooner rather than later. Where we will discuss where you are now and where you want to be. Enabling you to increase momentum & advance towards your goals. CLARIFY your goals, IDENTIFY the barriers holding you back & the SOLUTIONS to overcome them. We would CREATE a realistic plan to achieve your goals with follow-up sessions on a weekly basis. The ACCOUNTABILITY FACTOR would increase your focus & motivate you to stay on track. Helping you to become the person you would like to be, so that you can enjoy a more fulfilling life. Achieving your goals is also the way to a calmer & more relaxing future. This will enable you to rely on yourself, stand up, make decisive decisions, take decisive actions & to effectively speak out, where your presence would be felt & your positive voice would be heard. SUPPORT: I will be available between sessions by phone, text or email.
